(c) PurgePro does not collect personal data through its AI Assistant feature.
2. AI Assistant Feature
PurgePro includes an optional AI Assistant feature that allows users to engage in text-based conversations to receive guidance related to device cleaning and app functionality. The AI Assistant responds only to user-initiated inputs and does not operate automatically or independently.
Device Permissions
The AI Assistant does not request or access any device permissions. It does not access your device storage, photos, contacts, files, system data, or any other content on your device.
Conversation Data
User interactions with the AI Assistant are processed solely for the purpose of generating responses in real time. We do not store, retain, or save conversation content, and such content is not associated with your identity or account.
AI Model Training
User inputs and AI-generated responses are not used to train, improve, or fine-tune any AI models, whether by us or by any third party.
Third-Party AI Services
The AI Assistant relies on third-party AI service providers to generate responses. Only the text voluntarily entered by the user is transmitted securely for the purpose of generating a reply. We do not share personal information, and third-party providers are not permitted to store, retain, or use such data for any purpose other than providing the requested response.
The AI Assistant does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users.

(b) Withdrawal of Consent

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You may also delete certain data directly within the app.
(d) Restriction of Processing
You may request restriction of processing under applicable laws, including where data accuracy is disputed or processing is unlawful.
For security purposes, we may require identity verification before fulfilling requests.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfers
We operate globally and comply with applicable data transfer laws. Where required, we rely on legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect personal data transferred across borders.
6. Fees
PurgePro offers free and paid Services. Fees, taxes, billing currency, and subscription terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Prices may change unless a fixed-term fee has been agreed upon.
7. Children’s Data
PurgePro is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data without parental consent, please contact us so we can promptly remove such information.

10. Additional Notice for California Residents (CCPA)
